Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Probe, -40 to 85°C
The ambient air temperature sensor PPL10-P is a Pt100 or Pt1000 platinum resistance thermometer.
The outside air sensor is housed in a short 316 stainless steel probe with an optional radiation shield. This is fitted with your choice of housing suitable for being mounted to a wall or surface wherever necessary.
The rugged wall mounted temperature sensor probe has an operating range of -40 to 85°C and is available with or without a protective shroud.
We can offer aluminium, ABS or stainless steel versions to fit your application. All of our housings are rated to at least IP67 ingress protection. We can fit a number of options inside the terminal housing that best fit your requirements.
The simplest is a terminal block allowing you to connect directly to the sensor. Alternatively, we can supply temperature transmitters with either a 4-20mA or a 0-10V output.
