Thermocouples offer the user a rugged, robust method of measuring process temperature and offer extremely good reliability. Suitable for applications operating in the range -200 to +1700°C depending on the construction specified. We can assemble sensors suitable for use in most applications and we can advise you of any limitations. Below you will find a series of data sheets for the more standard assemblies that we manufacture but our capabilities are by no means limited to these. PPL5-T Thermocouple with Process Connection and Lagging
Extension to Terminal Head.
A development of the PPL4
sensor, this time incorporating a lagging extension. This allows the terminal
head to sit above any insulation or to reduce the ambient temperature of the
head to protect any electronics included. |

PPL6-T Thermocouple with Tri-Clamp Hygienic Connection This sensor incorporates an industry standard Tri-Clamp flange connection. Along with crevice free welds this sensor is suitable for use in many sanitary applications. |
