Dual Channel RTD Temperature Transmitter
The Nokeval 6821 is a two-channel transmitter suitable for temperature sensors and process inputs, designed for mounting on a DIN rail.
The transmitter offers two output signal options: two mA/V signals or one mA/V signal along with an RS485 serial signal.
It features two analogue inputs supporting various input types such as 0/4-20 mA, 0…5/10 V, mV, Pt100, and thermocouples.
Additionally, the transmitter includes two analogue outputs, two alarm relays, and the capability to perform mathematical and logical operations using a user-friendly programming language.
It supports the RS-485 serial signal and can operate with Modbus RTU or Nokeval SCL protocol. With MekuWin configuration software and simple Nokeval ELo-language, programs can be written to make the device calculate more mathematical and conditional operations and even timed events.
The transmitter can be powered by either 90-240 VAC or 24 VDC, and configuration can be done using MekuWin PC software or front panel keys.
Writing your own functions
Measurement results and alarm states are written into registers. Users can easily write simple programs to modify registers F1-F12 (@18..29) using Nokeval’s ELo language and MekuWin configuration program. Any register can be used in the programs and as an output source.
How to write a simple program?
The program consists of lines. Every line has one simple command. The command can change a register or cause a conditional jump inside the program. The program is entered in the configuration settings with Mekuwin. Example: temperature input 1 controls output 1 together with input 2.
