The Optris PI200 & Optris PI230 infrared cameras takes thermal imaging to the next level with the addition of a full colour visual camera alongside the infrared camera in the same compact camera body.
The two images can be viewed on the screen either separately or overlaid with the infrared image on top of the visual. More importantly the infrared image can be configured to be transparent so that identification of the components below is much easier.
Extremely high recording frame rates are maintained with up to 128Hz for the infrared image. The Optris PI230 offers a narrower field of view for the visual camera.
Applications are varied but include very complex applications such as highly populated PCB boards where identification of problem components is difficult on a pure infrared image.
A new leasing scheme is now available for the full range of Optris thermal imaging cameras. To avoid an upfront capital outlay just spread the cost with monthly or quarterly payments over two or three years.
We offer a variety of lenses for close, standard and long distances. Use the Optris Optics Calculator to help chose the right lens for your Optris PI200 camera based on the distance you wish to measure from, and the associated measurement field sizes:
HFOV (Horizontal Field of View) : Horizontal dimension of the total measuring field at object level.
VFOV (Vertical Field of View) : Vertical dimension of the total measuring field at object level.
DFOV (Diagonal Field of View) : Diagonal dimension of the total measuring field at object level.
IFOV (Instantaneous Field of View) : Dimensional size of a single pixel at object level
MFOV (Measured Field of View) : Smallest measured object size based on a 3×3 pixel arrangement.
