Our RTD sensor for Ambient Air PPL10-P is a robust temperature sensor for the measurement of ambient air temperature in almost any environment and is a direct replacement for the EWSE rugged Pt100 temperature sensor. All rugged, weatherproof and wall-mounted sensors are made to order so it is generally possible to meet all of your requirements.
The sensor is housed in a short 316 stainless steel probe with an optional radiation shield. This is fitted with your choice of housing suitable for fixing to a wall or surface wherever necessary. We can offer aluminium, ABS or stainless steel versions to fit your application. All of our housings are rated to at least IP67 ingress protection.
We can fit a number of options inside the terminal housing that best fit your requirements. The simplest is a terminal block allowing you to connect directly to the sensor. Alternatively we can supply temperature transmitters with either a 4-20mA or a 0-10V output.
The PPL10 is also available as a ppl10 thermocouple sensor. We are also able to supply the probe with your choice of thermistor sensor.
