Standard Thermocouple Connectors Rated to 220ºC
The standard thermocouple socket features a thermoplastic body rated to withstand temperatures up to 220ºC. It is available for various thermocouple types, including K, T, J, N, R/S, E, B, and Cu. The body is colour coded and clearly indicates the thermocouple type.
Wiring is made easy through the use of a lipped washer. The socket accepts both stranded and solid wires with diameters ranging from 0.2mm to 1.29mm (0.03mm² to 1.3mm²). Without the washer, it can accommodate wires with a diameter of up to 1.63mm (2.1mm²).
Manufactured in compliance with standard EN 50212, the socket utilises high purity thermocouple alloys for both the male pin and female socket constructions. The polarised round pins include a mechanism to prevent accidental output. The assembly process is quick and convenient thanks to the single captive screw.
We offer a comprehensive in-house temperature calibration service and a wide choice of accessories.
