The PI 450i CM package integrates a PI 450i thermal imager, HD visible light camera, and USB server pre-installed in an IP66 rated outdoor protective housing. The included wall mount completes the all-in-one condition monitoring solution.
The rugged housing features an integrated heating and cooling system, allowing operation from -40°C to 60°C without impacting measurement accuracy.
Inside, the 382 x 288 pixel PI 450i camcorder provides sharp thermal images with a 27 Hz frame rate. With an excellent thermal sensitivity of 40 mK, it detects the smallest temperature differences.
Supplementing the infrared capabilities, the 1280 x 720 pixel visible light camera records sharp 30 fps video with a 65° field of view. Together, the thermal and visual cameras create an integrated package for 24/7 condition monitoring and early fire detection.
The complete PI 450i CM IR camera system enables reliable combined thermal-visible imaging for continuous environmental oversight even in the harshest industrial environments and temperature extremes.
