Optris Xi 1M Auto Hot Spot Finder Thermal Imager
The Optris Xi 1M is an advanced short-wavelength infrared camera designed for high-temperature industrial applications. It features a highly dynamic CMOS detector with a resolution of 396 x 300 pixels when using Ethernet connectivity.
This compact, ruggedised camera offers a wide measurement range from 450°C to 1800°C without sub-ranges, making it ideal for monitoring hot metals, steel, ceramics, and semiconductors. The Xi 1M’s motorised focus and autonomous operation, including an auto hot spot finder, ensure precise and reliable measurements in challenging industrial environments.
With multiple interface options including Ethernet, USB, and analogue/digital I/O, it integrates seamlessly into existing control systems. The camera’s IP67-rated stainless steel housing provides excellent protection against harsh conditions.
Equipped with PIX Connect Thermography Software, the Xi 1M offers extensive analysis features, alarm settings, and remote configuration capabilities, making it a versatile and powerful tool for non-contact temperature measurement in metal processing and other high-temperature applications.
