High Temperature Thermometer for Measurement of Flames
The new compact infrared camera, the Optris Xi 410 MT, combines the benefits of both infrared cameras and infrared thermometers.
With a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels, the camera provides precise temperature measurement through flames within the temperature range of 475°C to 1700°C. The infrared camera can be used for monitoring workpieces in furnaces or for observing the target temperature in chemical reactors.
The IR camera has a swift Ethernet interface and the convenience of Power over Ethernet (PoE) for power supply, which allows for easy installation, even when the PC is at a distance.
The high temperature thermometer boasts a built-in hot spot finder function, allowing the reliable measurement of moving objects without necessitating camera repositioning. In cases of network interruptions or issues with the connected PC, the camera swiftly transitions into autonomous stand-alone mode, ensuring uninterrupted measurement and triggering alarms.
This exceptional feature upholds the reliability of problem detection, particularly vital for scenarios like fire outbreak monitoring. Thanks to this distinctive capability, the IR camera proves to be an excellent choice for a wide range of safety applications, including fire prevention, critical hot spot detection, and monitoring of industrial equipment and storage facilities.
